4. Where information goes

Information submitted through our site may be stored in our website systems and support email. We use service providers to operate the website, email and basic analytics. When fulfillment or clinical review is available, relevant information may be shared with the professionals and providers needed to handle your requested service or order.

We ask providers to handle information for the service they perform. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential browser storage to make the assessment and website work, along with basic analytics to understand visits and interactions. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect parts of the questionnaire or dashboard.

If we add advertising pixels or materially different tracking, we will update this policy and provide any choice required at that time.

6. Keeping information safe and for how long

We use reasonable access controls and security measures for the systems that hold customer information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.

We keep information while it is needed for the purpose collected, such as responding to your request, administering a programme or claim, maintaining necessary records, and meeting legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements. You may request deletion using the email below.

7. Your choices and requests

You can email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw a consent you gave, or raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where necessary for an active request, legal requirement or dispute. Withdrawing consent may limit the assessment or follow-up you requested.

Send requests to support@manchemistry.in. We will respond and explain the outcome.

8. Children and changes

Our hair assessment and programmes are intended for adults. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its update date will be shown here. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
