1. About these terms

These terms govern use of manchemistry.in and the assessment, information and products offered through it. “ManChemistry”, “we” and “us” refer to the business operating this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Hair assessment and health information

The online assessment uses the answers you provide to show a hair snapshot and suggested programme. It is informational and does not itself diagnose a condition, create a doctor–patient relationship or guarantee that a treatment is suitable for you.

Provide accurate information, especially about medical conditions, current medicines and previous treatment reactions. Prescription treatment, if clinically appropriate, is provided after doctor consultation. A clinician may recommend a different approach or decide that a product is unsuitable. Follow the directions you receive, and seek medical advice if you experience a concerning reaction.

3. Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, programme contents, prices, availability, delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown before a paid purchase. We may update them for future orders. An assessment recommendation is not a promise that every product will be supplied.

When paid ordering is available, submitting an order is a request to buy. We will confirm acceptance and the final order details separately. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund. We may decline an order where required for clinical, legal, stock or fraud-prevention reasons and explain the reason where we reasonably can.

4. Results, refunds and delivery issues

Hair outcomes vary between individuals and take time. Website timelines and examples are general information, not a promise of a particular result. The separate Refund & Money Back Policy explains the eligibility, evidence, time limits and process for our results promise, as well as what to do about missing, damaged, wrong, expired or defective items.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Your account and permitted use

Use the site lawfully and provide details that belong to you or that you are authorised to provide. Do not submit false assessments, misuse another person’s details, interfere with the site or attempt fraudulent orders or claims. We may restrict access if necessary to protect customers or the service, while handling any existing paid order fairly.

6. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit, including assessment answers and any photos sent for support or refund review. We may contact you about your assessment, a requested purchase, treatment review, delivery or support enquiry using the contact details you provide. Promotional messages require the applicable permission and can be opted out of.

7. Website content and availability

The ManChemistry name, design, text and original site materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal purposes; please do not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us if something in your order or assessment looks wrong.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. Changes apply to future use and orders; terms agreed for an existing paid order will not be changed retrospectively to remove your rights.
