What to expect when your ManChemistry kit is ready to reach you.
01. Delivery availability
Delivery is subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. Available delivery locations will be confirmed before purchase. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
02. Processing your order
Processing begins after order confirmation and completion of any required payment or clinical checks. Prescription products are dispatched only after the required doctor review and a valid prescription. Any additional information needed to process your order will be communicated to you.
03. Delivery estimates & charges
Applicable shipping charges and estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shown before you complete your purchase. Timelines may vary by location, stock availability, holidays and courier conditions. If a significant delay occurs, we will share an update and the available options.
04. Tracking your shipment
Once dispatched, we will share the courier and tracking details through your registered contact details, where tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the courier collects your package.
05. Address changes & missed deliveries
Please provide your complete address, correct PIN code and an active mobile number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If delivery fails or the package is returned, we will contact you about the next steps. Any applicable redelivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before reshipment.
06. Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Keep the packaging and share photographs if available to help us investigate. An unboxing video is not mandatory. We will investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
07. Cancellations & delivery concerns
For cancellation or refund requests, contact our support team and refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeline, contact us for assistance and the available resolution options. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
